How Learning Works

A repeatable learning cycle built around realistic digital tasks.

The platform connects explanation with practice so learners can inspect what changed rather than simply completing content.

1

Review a scenario

Begin with a clear workplace situation and identify the problem or decision that needs attention.

2

Learn one method

Read a concise explanation of a practical approach rather than a broad software feature tour.

3

Complete the activity

Edit a document, restructure information, revise a message or organise a task sequence.

4

Review the result

Use criteria and examples to check whether the result is clear, repeatable and appropriate for the situation.

Self-paced core with optional live support.

Most activities are designed for 25–45 minute sessions. Learners can revisit earlier exercises rather than moving forward only to complete a sequence.

Selected programmes may include live online walkthroughs for reviewing sample work and discussing how a method applies. These sessions remain educational and do not become individual consulting or guaranteed career coaching.

The platform is delivered remotely to learners across Canada.
